As we continue to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of healthcare, we are excited to share some important updates about our office that will enhance your experience as a patient. These changes are designed to improve accessibility, comfort, and the overall quality of care you receive. Here’s what you need to know.

Accessibility

One of our primary goals is to ensure that our office is accessible to everyone. We plan to conveniently remain located in Waterbury to accommodate patients with varying needs. Deliveries and surgeries will remain at Waterbury Hospital (UCONN Health). Referrals to other locations, per request, will also be readily available.

New Location

Clear signage is crucial for helping patients find their way around. We will be sure to update our directional signs to be more visible and easy to direct you to the new office location. This will be posted on websites, at the old location, new location, social media, and other high traveled locations.

As always, we do appreciate, word of mouth, also.

So be sure to post and inform friends and family!

Streamlined Check-In Process

We understand that your time is valuable. To reduce wait times and improve efficiency, we will have a streamline check-in system that will have direction to retrieve your records from other offices or from Physician's for Women's Health (PWH) to be the sent over seamlessly.

Extended Hours

To accommodate your busy schedules, we hope to be able to add extended our office hours. We plan to be able to offer appointments earlier in the morning and later in the evening on weekdays, as well as trying to offer Saturday appointments 1-2xs per month.

Regular Updates

We will be sending out regular updates to keep you informed about any office updates, new services, and health tips. This way, you will always be in the loop about what’s happening.

Conclusion

These updates updates will reflect our commitment to providing you with the best possible care in a welcoming and accessible environment.

We encourage you to be patient during this process and continue with quality care. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you for being a valued patient, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
